So, USA really has a hold on crypto debit cards right now. Shift is closed and all of their debit cards stop working 4/11/19. Bitpay has stop ATM withdrawals and anyway to get cash cents 3/8/19. When you look at it and think about it lol what choices do the US crypto community have to access cash if they live in USA.
Now I'll show you what I'm talking about and feel free to comment. We're all here to learn how to use crypto assets as a advantage to our everyday needs.
Shift Payments enables users of US-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase to spend BTC over the past few years using their crypto debit card. However, the company will cease operations by April 11, but assured its customers that it would work towards relaunching its debit cards in the near future. Which is now called Apto so will take a look at that later.
let's you know here...
So, remember we don't want to give our personal information in order to get cash/paper currency. But bitpay still let you use the card you just have no way to turn it to cash unless you move funds to your bank account. That still gives away your identity.
So, this list below are CryptoCurrency Debit card supporters but the problem is do any support USA citizens. The information below is provide by captainaltcoin. Make sure to read terms and agreements before choosing a cryptocurrency debit card provider.

Summary
No card is perfect and most of these cards are more or less the same. The difference is only in their branding because they probably all use the same card supplier to run their business. However, the market has come a long way since BitPlastic, and just because you own Bitcoin does not mean you can’t shop conveniently, anywhere in the world.
You now have plenty of solid options, but I recommend to make sure the bitcoin debit card you choose is available in your country and then use the one with the lowest fees.
Pros of Using a Bitcoin Debit Card
The pros are pretty obvious. Now, any place that accepts credit or debit cards would accept your Bitcoin debit card as well, which means that you can now buy virtually anything with Bitcoin. The merchants get paid in their own currency by the debit company and the charge will be deducted from your Bitcoin balance, which allows you to live purely on Bitcoin.
